Who we are

We need information to provide our services and operate accounts and provide location-aware information and we are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws and the requirements of app stores. CanCan is not directed to children.
We collect the following information: name, contact details, address, business details, device information and app usage statistics and, with permission, location data.
Location data is used solely in real time to provide navigation to you, track your journey to the client and optionally, show your real-time location to the client. Location data is not retained. Once navigation stops or the app is closed, all location processing ends. We do not sell location data or use it for advertising or any unrelated purposes. We share real-time location data only with the client who booked the service and only while the job is active. We do not sell location data or provide any location history. We collect location through your device’s GPS, cellular and Wi-Fi networks for precise and approximate location. You can disable location permissions at any time and choose whether to share to allow real-time location with the client.
Basis for collection
Our lawful basis for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods and operate accounts is consent. We have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Data protection rights
You have the following rights with regards to your data:
- Right of access: the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. There are some exemptions which means you may not receive all the information you ask for.
- Right of rectification: the right to ask us to correct or delete personal information you think is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to erasure: the right to ask us to delete your personal information.
- Right to restriction of processing: the right to ask us to limit how we can use your personal information.
- Right to object to processing: the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
- Right to data portability: the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you.
- Right to withdraw consent: the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

We get personal information directly from you.
We only retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the services and account operations we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. In the event of a complaint, we may retain your information for a longer period.
